Observers and analysts of the political permutation ongoing in Bauchi State are wondering on what exactly is amiss for the punches targeting a pragmatic leader that burns the midnight oil to serve with dexterity and sincerity purpose?
Some are determined to insinuate hatred, create disunity and cohesion in the State’s political space by murdering truth for pecuniary gain against the existing players on the corridor and off the power line.
Talking of the inherited appalling situation in Bauchi State, lack of direction from some of those political players in the opposing parties that lack elementary tolerance and blinded by opposition in a wild goose chase, particularly those spent horses that have developed hatred, fear and working unprofessionally and un-tiredly against the interest of the majority with blackmail as the cheapest tool and exhibiting crude greed by the mongers and their collaborators in diaspora, it is a glaring fact that their party at the centre piloting a clueless and inept administration, has created a worsening poverty and unemployment ravaging the land, particularly in Bauchi State that they know better, but choose to hypocritically trumpet blackmail against the purposeful administration of a governor with a supersonic brain, versed, patriotic, laborious and blessed with courage and determination to develop Bauchi State.
Their actions are creating the unnecessary widespread of public despair and loss of confidence in the political permutation and the downright cluelessness and crass incompetence combined that creates ripples and danger signals to the polity based on how one of them in 2019 deployed military personnel to thwart the efforts of the very party he is now flying its flag for the 2023 misadventure he crafted for himself.
Surprisingly, but shamelessly, some of those active players throwing stones and juvenile challenges at the commendable efforts of the serving governor, in-connivance with an irrelevant political toddler who played the satanic role to chase away the immediate past, supposedly for personal interest, is now in another destructive mission against the rising political profile of Governor Bala Muhammed who has already printed his name in gold across the political divide.
The style of hate on display and tissues of lies traded are enough to put the state on fire for the gains of the blackmailers supposedly on sponsorship.
In a recently published opinion by Tajuddeen Ahmed Tijjani who labored tirelessly to ridicule the image of Bauchi State Government with his imagination lacking coherent facts, should know that it is on record, in the history of Bauchi State, no State Governor ever achieved close to what Governor Bala Muhammed has achieved in less three years on the saddle despite an inherited inflated monthly salary bill of over N7billion, unpaid pension arrears and gratuity of retired civil servants to confront in a dwindling economy which Taju mischievously compared with an eight -year tenure of past two governors just to justify a satanic mission of destruction.
To strengthen the records, most of those township roads constructed by past governments referred to by Taju, were substandard that became death traps before their stipulated life spans that Governor Bala had to rescue and now a source of attack to his government for doing the needful.
For any doubting or confused mind and no matter how polluted with parochial sentiments, the government has committed the monthly release of N200million to settle pension arrears and is steadily settling pending gratuity allowances within limited resources as the records are there for reference and further, verification.
For government to reach the bottom of the ghost workers syndrome that defied other solutions and fish out those criminally minded civil servants that connive within themselves to continue defrauding government, certain measures had to be introduced to provide safety nets that might have affected some civil servants earlier not captured on the list of genuine civil servants going by the employment scams that bedeviled the civil service in the past.
Bauchi State under the watch of Governor Bala Muhammed has never and will never deny civil servants their statutory benefits for whatever reason. It is a government that cares for all irrespective of what detractors may claim.
It is a clear fact that at times like this, jesters and political turncoats including hired writers are recruited by mischievous politicians for hatchet jobs against the good of those in government with better credentials.
The brand of incompetence by those detractors and their hangers-on is beyond comprehension and redemption, as it is bred by a gross deficiency in human civilization and patriotic instincts.
Overtime, the future of Bauchi State was held hostage by a cabal within and outside the State led by incompetence, surrounded by trick and fraudsters and hawks that take advantage to skew government policy to their greedy selfish advantage which Governor Bala Muhammed courageously resisted and returned the State to the path of good governance now under attack by snoring undertakers masquerading as politicians and gubernatorial candidates lacking political or even ancestral base of recognition for acceptance by the majority, hence the spurious allegations by attention seekers.
From the baseless desperation on display to brush the PDP-led government with tar just to confuse the gullible for easy access to power with intent to boost personal whims and of course to re-equip personal lost during the blockage of leakages by the PDP.
The self –actualization of one of the noisy gubernatorial candidates and the least qualified by all standards, is already taking a heavy toll on the unity of Bauchi State, painstakingly built over the years and improved upon by Governor Bala Muhammed.
It is a public knowledge today that Bauchi State is governed by an accomplished technocrat who is mortgaging his comfort for the good of all. Nothing under the sun can change that status even the concerted effort of jokers claiming to be what they are not; the Almighty and the people can bear witness on the number of tangible developments evenly distributed in Bauchi State within three years that inspired the people to yearn for more and committed to the re-election project of Bala Muhammed.
Bauchi State has all along ignored and refused to accommodate and subscribe to the shenanigans and hate traded by desperate opponents of the State as their un-Godly effort similar to what they did where they served before they were sacked for incapacitation and insincerity while trading in falsehood for authority trust before now jumping to languish in a political trench.
Those so fast in pedestrian attacks and vomiting uncouth statements against an accomplished technocrat on the saddle of governance in Bauchi State are doing so at their peril. They should better have a rethink as it is not yet Uhuru, they should have a changed mindset and join the bandwagon in the struggle to building a united, prosperous and egalitarian progressing state devoid of parochial sentiments as advanced by the Tajuddeens of this world.
A mistake to voting to a political tourist with an extortion mission and distortion of history at the election with a wrong credibility rating, the fast approaching 2023 political hurricane may eventually sweep them all.
Within available resources, PDP served and is still serving diligently with passion and committed to the even development of the State. What next? Detractors started to hit below the belt with fiction but with God, they are bound to fail.
The recent outburst by some spent horses and those appointed by masquerades for a hatchet job that usually descend on the social media with concocted lies with political undertone to frustrate, ridicule and dent some reputations , is infantile, funny and ridiculous for believe. If the rating of the majority is anything to go by, Governor Bala Muhammed remains the respected leader in Bauchi State anytime, anywhere and anyhow. No shaking!
